At Soggy Toast, we want you to love what you ordered.

If there’s a problem with your order such as a defective item, misprint, incorrect product, or damage during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@soggytoast.com.

We’ll review your request and, if eligible, issue either a replacement or a full refund.

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check sizing and order details before purchasing.

Please note

• Refunds or replacements are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
• Items are produced on demand and typically do not need to be returned for a replacement or refund.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
